In addition to serving as President and CEO of Rocketseed USA and President of RAD Data Communications, Marty held executive positions in marketing, sales management, and strategic alliances at Visual Networks, Racal, AnswerSoft, and NetWorth. His management experience spans from start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations such as Xerox and AT&T. Over the last six years, Marty has focused on strategic planning and executive mentoring for a wide variety of clients. He has worked with more than forty clients so far, ranging from small non-profits to global corporations to Federal Government agencies. Winner of the outstanding Marketing instructor award there in 2004, Marty has served on a number of faculty committees and as an advisor for graduate research projects. He is also on the faculty of the American Management Association, where he teaches a number of different seminars including Strategic Planning, Advanced Executive Leadership, Strategic Agility, Strategy Execution, Decision-Making, and Overcoming the Toughest Executive Challenges. Marty holds a BA from the College of Wooster and an MBA from Cornell University.

     Dr. Roger Orsini, Partner

Dr. Orsini (Roger) joined QRG in 2011. A highly accomplished surgeon, he is very active within his profession and as an educator, academic administrator, and corporate Board member. Roger is currently Director of the MBA in Medicine Capstone program at Johns Hopkins University, where he also teaches classes in Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Marketing Strategy in the Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Board of Directors for several corporations as well as non-profits, and has chaired a number of committees within such professional associations as the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the Maryland State Medical Society.

As a management consultant, Roger has lead strategic planning efforts at the Children's National Obesity Institute, the National Institute of Health, the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, and several hospitals to name a few. Roger brings his unusually broad experience and diverse expertise to QRG's Strategic Planning practice and its Executive Mentoring practice, where he works with the firm's healthcare clients, other private sector entities, and non-profit organizations. Roger earned a BS degree from Georgetown University, his MD from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

     Dr. David Stahl, Partner

Dr. Stahl (Dave) joined QRG in 2010. He spent more than 25 years in the telecommunications industry and then several years as a venture capitalist. A former CEO and AT&T executive who now serves on several Boards, Dave has been involved in dozens of strategic planning initiatives over the years. His corporate experience includes senior positions in Product Management, Technology Commercialization, and Business Process Re-Engineering, all of which make him particularly qualified to work with QRG's start-up technology clients as well as in the firm's Organizational Effectiveness practice. Dave has extensive experience working as an advisor to younger organizations in need of management guidance, and his expertise in matters of capitalization and funding is a valuable additional component of QRG's strategic consulting services.

Like the other two members of QRG's leadership team, Dave is also a business educator at the graduate school level. For more than seven years, he has taught Strategic Management and Finance courses in the MBA program at both Montclair State University and Stevens Institute of Technology. Dave has a BA from the State University of New York, an MBA from Union Graduate College, and a PhD from Union Graduate College.
